Account data — name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), preferred language, and role.
Profile and activity data — bucket lists, race-alert subscriptions, notification preferences, and content you create as an Organizer.
Race data — where you participate in tracked events, your bib number and GPS location may be processed to provide live tracking and results.
Communications — messages you send us and your email/newsletter preferences.
Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How and why we use your data

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

Performance of a contract — to create and manage your account and provide the Platform's features.
Consent — to send newsletters and race alerts you subscribe to, and to set non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the Platform, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws.

5. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

Service providers that help us operate the Platform (for example, hosting providers and our email provider, SendGrid), who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards;
Event Organizers and timing providers, where necessary to display your participation and results;
